EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS / TICKET PURCHASE

TICKET DETAILS: Package includes 2 x Menus and 2 x Beverage-Matches. For booking enquiries over 2 pax, please contact us for availability. Menu subject to change due to supplier availability.

ARRIVAL TIME: Seating time allocation is 2.5hrs. Please ensure you arrive at the designated time you are booked for and return your table to us as required for our next booking.

BEVERAGES: When securing your ticket, please select from the following beverage-match options:

  • 2 x Alcoholic Beverage-Match; OR

  • 2 x Non-Alcoholic Beverage-Match OR

  • 1 x Alcoholic AND 1 x Non-Alcoholic Beverage-Match

Extra beverages can be purchased on the night from a reduced drinks menu.

DIETARIES: Due to the ingredients we are using and as this is a one-night, fixed priced event, we are unable to cater for the following dietaries:

  • Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Dairy-free, Keto, and Allium-Free

If you have dietaries outside of the above, please ensure you email us first to confirm if we can cater for you and receive written confirmation BEFORE purchasing your tickets.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel before 12pm, 4 days prior to the event, we can issue a 50% refund. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted and no refunds issued. Cancellations and all communications regarding your booking must be made in writing via email to: hello@janobistro.co.nz to be valid. Approved refunds are processed minus 3 % Stripe transaction fee, and may take approximately 10 working days to show in your account depending on your bank.
