Pierre sees himself as an Alchemist of food, and is constantly researching and developing new ideas and techniques to share. Since graduating from chef school in France, Pierre has worked in a number of prestigious restaurants around the world, including two Sous Chef positions at Michelin Star restaurants, and as Head Chef at Wellington's Le Canard.

After winning ‘Chef of the Capital 2014', Pierre looks forward to the opportunity and creative freedom to show-case his skills and imagination. The ever-changing menu at Jano is sure to create a fresh and exciting experience for every patron.
